it's a scam, the vehicle was not safe, we did have an accident caused by a defective tire, assistance never came, we paid hundreds in tow trucks, never got reimbursed, Ah also the app does not work and keep logging us off as we are trying to use it to take the van but also to give it back. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

The van was in bad conditions, which resulted in a tyre exploding. Despite the danger posed by this, the company didn't refund the cost of roadside assistance, and didn't even return the deposit. On top of that, horrible service and horrible app. Plus, I saw the van we returned, which should have been taken to a garage to properly fix and replace the missing tyre, being rented out without servicing. It is a dangerous company!

I rented a 20m³ van from City Drop, and what a disastrous experience! After barely an hour's drive, the truck broke down: clutch broken. I immediately contacted customer service to report the incident, but the only solution I was offered was a truck that was too small...and an hour's drive away! The worst part of all this? No real support, no coverage for the breakdown or the costs incurred by this situation. I had to find a solution on my own, which cost me more than €1000 (conveyor, handler, 500 km round trip at night). In addition, after that, I asked for a €200 contribution to cover part of these costs, but my request was simply refused. Today, if I had not taken the initiative to manage the situation, my belongings would still be stuck in the tow truck parking lot, since the truck was there for over a month! Unacceptable. The customer service showed total indifference to my situation, and this company does not even seem to care about its customers after such a serious incident. I strongly advise against this company. In the event of a problem, you are left to your own devices. Absolutely avoid!

Honestly, nothing to say. I have used City-Drop three times for my moves and it has always gone well. The booking process is simple, the rate is the best on the market in my opinion, and the team is attentive, not to mention their flexibility. I 100% recommend this rental company.

Practical, fast, competitive prices, only downside on the last vehicle rented (out of at least 4 or 5), where the vehicle is quite damaged... But no worries, I sent additional photos by email, so we were not bothered afterwards.

Customer service not very available. No news regarding the return of the vehicle and the deposit. Imprecise address for the recovery of the vehicle so complicated to know where to go when leaving. No request for a photo of the dashboard at the start to check the fuel levels. When booking it was indicated that the vehicle would be equipped with a screen with GPS, etc. In the end nothing at all. In short, not very satisfied overall. Otherwise, the vehicle was clean and functional, fortunately, it fulfilled its mission.
