Avoid this rental service at all costs! The truck is poorly maintained, the warning lights are flashing everywhere, and the condition is beyond questionable. To top it all off, they took a €1200 deposit for a supposed claim of damage to scratches that were already noted on the initial inspection report! Completely outrageous! And when you try to contact someone, there's no one there!

Vehicle rented on September 13, 2025, for a scheduled departure on September 16, 2025, in Chambéry. The return location was indicated as September 17, 2025, at BePark parking lot, 8 rue Nungesser et Coli, 91380 Chilly-Mazarin. Upon arrival at the Chilly-Mazarin address, I found the parking lot inaccessible without a code. I left the vehicle along the side of the parking lot. A few days later, City Drop charged me €150 for non-return of the vehicle. After checking my emails, I found that an access code and a designated return area were provided to me on September 15, 2025, two days after my reservation and the day before my departure. In reality, I parked the vehicle less than 20 meters from where I should have dropped it off. Firstly, do you think it's normal to send me parking instructions two days after my reservation and the day before my departure? Since the rental was for moving, do you think I had time to check my emails at that point? No, the instructions should have been sent on the day of my reservation. Secondly, do you think parking the rental vehicle 20 meters from the designated zone incurs a €150 fee? I would like to contest the fees that were imposed on me. Please tell me the procedure; knowing that I have already explained all of this to someone in your department, and that the fees were still imposed on me...

SHAMEFUL! Poorly maintained trucks with obvious safety issues... no headlights, cracked windshield, engine warning light on. I also suspect interns are handling the claims department. In short, NEVER AGAIN! It's scandalous to rent vehicles in this condition and offer so little assistance.

Run away as fast as you can! I returned a truck without any damage, I took more than ten photos as requested… and the app only displays four. All the initial photos are there, but the final ones have mysteriously disappeared. I disputed the charge immediately, but it's impossible to get through to anyone on the phone: customer service can't do anything, and the claims department only exists by email. They promise a response within 72 hours… but, surprisingly, to take €450 without explanation, they didn't need to wait that long. The only photo sent as “proof” is a shadow due to the lighting, while my photos clearly showing that there is no damage have disappeared from their system. No communication, no transparency, just a brutal and incomprehensible charge. A deeply stressful and totally unacceptable experience. If you value your money, avoid this company!

Excellent service, easy pick-up and drop-off, vehicle in good condition, very satisfied with my rental and the price too. Being able to return the vehicle at the destination is a real plus.

Booking was very easy. Downloading documents was simple, and the vehicle delivery option was great. You can book day or night, at any time. Honestly, it's very good value for money. Be aware that the vehicles are delivered with the fuel tank almost empty... so you shouldn't live far from a gas station. A mobile phone is mandatory to unlock your vehicle and complete the inspection; otherwise, it's impossible. Even for the bus, you need a Wi-Fi connection and tethering. I had trouble connecting the app.

Excellent! The service was clear and easy to use. A major plus was the 24/7 vehicle return service, which was available at any time. There were no technical issues with the vehicle; all damage to its condition had been noted, so there were no problems. Overall, a very positive experience!

A very disappointing experience. Customer service is unreachable on Sundays. My email sent to the contact address went unanswered. I wasted the rental fee and a day. I will not be returning.
