Rented a 5m³ vehicle for a move today from Toulouse to Paris. The vehicle was excellent and pleasant to drive. The booking process via the mobile app was very simple and clear. Pick-up and drop-off were very quick and easy. Good value for money, nothing to complain about!

I had a problem with my reservation and had to extend it by 30 minutes. They were very understanding because after I contacted them to request the extension, they gave it to me free of charge.

It's convenient to be able to pick up the vehicle over a wide range of hours. However, pick-up and drop-off locations have increasingly moved to the outskirts of cities, far from city centers, making it less convenient and less secure to pick up or return the vehicle.

Very happy with the rental; the truck was more than adequate, with only a few minor dents on the bodywork. Despite a mistake on my part when handing over the keys, customer service responded quickly to my email on a Sunday!

Booking was easy to do online, however the truck was very dirty and it was difficult to take decent photos as it was parked against a fence and in the trees.
