Very convenient for rentals, however, avoid the insurance; it covers absolutely nothing, not even the premium plus option—it's a complete rip-off. I paid 450 euros for a tiny broken piece of my rearview mirror. I admit my fault, but the price is outrageous. In short, beware of Assur Travel insurance; it's a scam.

I was supposed to pay €300, but in the end, they're asking me for €677 because I returned the truck late. €50 per hour of delay plus €27 for additional fuel. Reasons for the delay: Vehicle located in a construction zone with altered traffic patterns. My GPS couldn't find the parking lot. Waste of time. I picked up a vehicle with a severely underinflated tire, which poses a high risk of an accident for a 17m³ truck that's 3m high, especially in windy conditions. Waste of time. The vehicle inspection with photos took a very long time, which was surprising, especially for a first-timer, and the app was glitching. Waste of time. I thought I was returning the vehicle in Strasbourg, but it turned out to be in a nearby village. Waste of time and €27 for the trip to the parking lot (one-fifth of the fuel). I tried to call through the app to report the delay, but I got an AI operator who wouldn't connect me to a human agent. Waste of time. Not to mention that I traveled over 1000km alone in 24 hours. No compassion whatsoever. I finally got a gentleman on the phone, explained the situation, and he said, "I understand." That's an extra €377. I can't give you 5 stars. For me, it's worth 2 stars. Say what you will: "I understand" also means 2 stars.
