Excellent experience with City Drop! Everything is very well organized on the app, including the self-check-in process. Everything went as planned, and the deposit was returned after 8 days. I highly recommend them.

Hello, when I booked, it wasn't clear that it was a self-service option. I found the check-in process longer and more cumbersome than with a human attendant, and it was quite stressful not being able to access one side of the truck to take photos because of the truck parked next to it. However, when we did have a problem, your service desk was thankfully reachable and they were able to resolve it quickly. Overall, everything went well, but I'm not sure I would choose a self-service option in the future due to the uncertainty surrounding the handling process should a problem arise.
