Very bad experience with City Drop. We were charged 350 euros for nothing, with no way to simply cancel the transaction. These people are bordering on dishonest; you'd better move on.

The service provided by the van was up to my expectations. The van was a little worn compared to what I have seen from other rental companies (windows with impacts and numerous scratches on the bodywork) but it did the job

Very good value for money. No agency, which allows you to pick up and return your vehicle whenever you want... and in particular to pick it up at 9 p.m. one day and return it at 9 p.m. the next day for the price of a day's rental... very practical

Very well-designed website. Very responsive customer service. Very attractive price... but the truck was not prepared and unfit for immediate use: under-inflated tires, empty tank on the reserve, dirty windshield that needs cleaning, empty windshield washer fluid... not acceptable and it's a shame.

Good price, photo step difficult to record I preferred human contact rather than doing everything via an app

Absolutely avoid! First disastrous experience with CityDrop: the first truck broke down after only 5 minutes. Result: 6 hours of waiting before we were assigned a new vehicle, which completely disrupted my moving day. Then, they asked us to pay a deposit again under the pretext of a non-existent dispute, even though we had only used the first truck for 10 minutes. For the second truck, same problem: when we returned it, they tried to withhold the deposit by presenting a photo of the condition of the vehicle taken before we even picked it up, as well as others taken during the return, on a dent that had already been noted in the inventory of fixtures. Unserious, dishonest company to be avoided at all costs. I strongly advise against their services. Too bad I couldn't give it a zero star rating.

Simply a disgrace. I reserved a truck at 9:00 p.m., I called to find out where it was and was told that the person with the truck wouldn't arrive until 10:30 p.m. So if people want to keep the truck all week I can go to hell... I waited until 11:30 p.m. and still no sign of the truck and my calls went unanswered, no one informed me of the situation. I don't intend to leave it at that, you simply ruined my move with your incompetence. I don't even know what to do.
