Everything went well, but be careful: - a lot of bugs on the mobile app, which prevented me from returning the vehicle. Miraculously, I tried again 15 minutes later and it worked. - no one at customer service. I was asked to "call back later" when I had to quickly return the van to pick up my train. Luckily, the app started working again; otherwise it was 1/5.

Dishonest company ALERT!!! After the trip which went very well, I received two days later a bill for 475 euros for a "scratch" on a pixelated photo or something very obvious and for which I am certainly not responsible! Counter-expertise to be paid by the tenant plus vehicle immobilization costs etc... Everything is done to discourage possible disputes. To be avoided

Shameful! Despite the 5 stars that some people give them, their ads and their tempting and invasive marketing, I join other people who have testified and supported their words regarding the fact that they know how to report claims very easily: I made a reservation for a move, I received the truck in a degraded state (several scratches, shocks and impacts, missing parts, the inside of the trunk doors smashed). I managed to make my journey without further ruining the already degraded state of the vehicle that I recovered, in other words without incident, without any accident of any kind. I finished my reservation calmly, telling myself that I would get my deposit back without any problem. And two days after the inventory, I received a claim notification informing me that a scratch (the size of an index finger, that is to say a trifle compared to the damage that was already on the truck that I recovered) had been made during my reservation. So I learned about the appearance of this scratch at that time. The only hypothesis I can think of is the following: another vehicle rubbed mine and scratched the vehicle of my reservation during one of my stops on the journey and therefore when I was outside my vehicle. I am therefore not responsible for this scratch for which I am told to be responsible since it concerns my reservation. Result: I find myself with 2500€ of personal savings blocked as a deposit, a bill of 370€ deductible from my deposit for a scratch for which I am NOT EVEN responsible. The process to contest the claim is not moving forward (moreover without any guarantee that it will lead to justice) and I cannot claim my insurance since I do not have coverage at this level. It is CRUNCHY and SCANDALOUS!!!!!! I strongly advise against Citydrop, don't be fooled by these sleep sellers despite the professionalism they sell on their website.... So yes, low cost service, very low prices but beware of and coating, make a conscious choice because you risk putting the money that you did not spend on the rental elsewhere. In short, rat and scam methods, unscrupulous and dishonest!!!!!!

I booked 4 vehicles for my move. Out of the 4 reservations, there were 3 problems!!! 2 vans were not at the scheduled collection point but at the other end of town. The 3rd truck was supposed to be a 20m3, when I arrived at the meeting point I noticed a large puddle of diesel, the tank was punctured. I found myself with a 12m3 van as a replacement several hours later and I was unable to complete my move. Of course, you can't reach anyone by phone and complaints are only made by email. After several weeks of written exchanges, I was offered very little compensation in view of the costs I will have to incur to complete my move several hundred kilometers away. In short, I do not recommend!

Shameful, dishonest company I strongly advise against, after renting a 20m3 truck in a pitiful state, having returned it to the place defined by the application I received 4 days later a claim for a damaged light and license plate holder, 317 euros of repair to repaint a license plate holder at what point do you repaint a galvanized steel license plate holder??? + 50 euros of claim costs, is this a big joke? Justify with a simple before and after photo or we absolutely do not see any difference!!! The claims department does not want to know anything, I will put this in the hands of a lawyer and warn the press, you are crooks!

An unbeatable experience! Their app works perfectly. It was a breeze to open the vehicle and get started. I had a new Chinese truck with less than 10,000 kilometers that ran perfectly. From Malaga to Düsseldorf. They couldn't provide the type of vehicle I reserved, so they gave me a larger one. In the end, I emailed them requesting some kind of refund due to the increased fuel consumption, and they agreed instantly and refunded me. So I highly recommend them.

I have never had such a disastrous customer experience as with City Drop. When we picked up the van in Brussels we saw the terrible state of the vehicle, the oil light was on in particular. A little stressed we called customer service. They told us it was not serious we could go as far as Marseille, which is almost 1100 km. Halfway through the journey we lost the license plate and the left rear light, without realizing it, we had no accident. When we returned the vehicle we were debited in full for the €450 deposit and I had an attempt to withdraw €500. Fortunately my bank warned me and I blocked the payment. In the end, a quote of €750 at our expense when it was City Drop's fault for making us take a vehicle in poor condition. No apology was offered to us for putting us in danger by losing the license plate and the lights. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!! They are big scammers, they rent vehicles in very poor condition and ask customers to pay for repairs that should be done at their expense. In addition, they send the contracts 48 hours in advance so that we barely have time to read it or turn around if something is wrong. Don't be fooled and don't rent these dangerous and poorly maintained vehicles.
