The rental went very well. Two minor issues: firstly, unrelated to Citydrop, there was a marathon that blocked access to the area where the vehicle was parked, making it a bit complicated to get in and out! Secondly, I wanted to change the return time to one hour later, which was charged quite a bit (whereas if I had set that time from the beginning it would have been free), which I found surprising.

Practical. Easy and good value for money.

Warning!! I tried to make a reservation, my deposit wasn't processed, but since I paid for the reservation, I haven't been reimbursed. Absolutely ripped off!

Nothing went right with the Citydrop rental. A truck that was supposed to be delivered at 6:45 am... No news, no truck. We had to wait until customer service opened at 8 am. And then we were given the runaround based on flimsy excuses. Supposedly the truck was broken down, but it turns out the previous customer hadn't returned it on time. Then came the ordeal of trying to get compensation. The sales department made an offer, then the claims department made a lower one. We incurred expenses with moving companies for nothing because we didn't have a truck, and we had to send registered letters, threaten legal action, and exchange numerous emails to get any compensation. So, in short, a disaster and customer service completely unsuited to the 24/7 rental model.

Good service, however the truck was in deplorable condition. The left-hand side mirror was completely broken, the USB ports didn't work, and most annoyingly, the night lights didn't work. In short, this truck should never have been rented.

I'm posting this review to warn others: I had a very bad experience with City-Drop. During a recent rental for someone I know, I noticed the condition of the vehicle when I picked it up: the bodywork was badly damaged, there were numerous old dents, and even a severely underinflated rear tire (2 bar instead of 5). For a loaded van, this is a real safety issue. Despite this already poor condition, City-Drop claimed that "new" damage had occurred during the rental, even though no incident took place and the area was clearly part of an already dented sidewall. I find this truly unfair and worrying for any customer acting in good faith. The result: €450 charged for disputed damage, without taking into account either the vehicle's age or the initial safety issue. My takeaways from all this: – a vehicle delivered in an unacceptable condition, – inadequate safety measures, – and a complete lack of consideration for customers. For moving house or a long trip, it's best to choose a more reputable rental company. I really don't recommend City-Drop.

It was easy and everything went well.

Terrible rental experience. The vehicle broke down during the rental. I had to call a tow truck. I waited three hours on the side of the road. And of course, no response from customer service when I asked what they intended to do to compensate me.

You're great and very convenient. Vehicle found without any problem and returned to another location
