Booking was easy to do online, however the truck was very dirty and it was difficult to take decent photos as it was parked against a fence and in the trees.

Perfect! On the day of pickup, we collected the car without any problems – the app worked flawlessly, without any issues whatsoever. The Sprinter definitely had some signs of wear, but everything was fine. We inspected everything thoroughly and took photos and videos – there was no damage that affected its roadworthiness. The car had a few scratches on the exterior, but we documented them carefully and it wasn't a problem. We also checked the tires and oil, and everything was fine. We drove a total of 1800 km with the Sprinter and had no issues. Customer service also responded immediately to a preliminary inquiry. On the day of return, the app also worked perfectly, and the return process went smoothly – the deposit was refunded very quickly. I wanted to specifically mention the app because some reviews complain about its poor performance. The only thing one could criticize is that everything is in French, and we couldn't find a way to change the language in the car. In the end, everything was understandable, but it would be nice if the language could at least be changed. 5 stars, highly recommended, and I'd gladly use it again! Thank you very much.

A fantastic experience and top-notch customer service. My truck was fully loaded, but I had severe food poisoning and couldn't leave: the very responsive customer service team on the phone extended the rental for a very reasonable additional fee. The process and the app are extremely well-designed. My trip from Nîmes to Munich went smoothly.

It's great! I rented a 20m³ van for my move from Aix-en-Provence to Annecy, everything went smoothly, the van was practically brand new, and I had no problems with the deposit. I highly recommend it!

Efficient and very convenient rental. Picking up and returning the vehicle is self-service, allowing you to do it at any time. The vehicle was in very good condition and the price was reasonable. There was just one button that wasn't working, which prevented me from entering my route on the screen; a phone holder would have been a welcome replacement.

Great concept if you're comfortable using the app. No one to talk to on-site. In my case, the app didn't work on my smartphone (Samsung S9). Luckily, it worked on my wife's (Pixel 7a). Taking the requested photos isn't easy when the vehicle is parked between two cars (rental in Marseille Aubagne).

Very practical for last-minute errands and very short trips (just one errand), but you need to allow half an hour to get everything ready before starting!
