The Paris-Lyon trip was perfect! Only €1 with a 24-hour grace period, fantastic! I highly recommend it; the 12m³ van was very comfortable to drive. Next time, we'll take someone via BlaBlaCar to avoid toll fees (tip!). I recommend it 100%!

We rented a 20m³ van for our move and went to pick it up early Sunday morning to fill it up, as we had to hit the road Monday morning. Surprise: the van was in some kind of inaccessible parking lot. Luckily, there was a phone number on the website; it was the breakdown service guy. He told us that if the van was in his parking lot, it was because it had broken down… imagine our anger! No one to warn us… no one to offer a solution. We were just stuck there, not knowing what to do, wasting time when we had a move to manage… and good luck finding someone to rent on a Sunday, and of course, City Drop is open on Sundays. In short, never again will we rent from online platforms without a real person to talk to; it's too risky for a move!

As per our terms and conditions, our vehicles may exceptionally be out of service in the event of an unforeseen breakdown. This does not, however, absolve us of our duty to inform and assist you. If the vehicle was out of service without you being notified or offered an alternative solution, this constitutes a malfunction that we must investigate. Our branches operate independently on Sundays, which can complicate the immediate handling of an incident, but this should not leave you without a solution. We invite you to contact us at [email protected] with your booking number so that we can carefully review your case and determine what corrective measures can be taken. We sincerely apologize for the stress caused during what is already an important time like a move.

The vehicle was in very average condition. One of the headlight bulbs was burned out. That said, the value for money is very good.

I've used Cité Drop twice and it was perfect! Battery life, flexible hours, and availability even outside of major cities! For me, it's fantastic!

😡😡😡THIEVES!!!!! I returned the vehicle in a reasonably clean condition, and they charged me €50 for processing fees + €50 for cleaning. I'm insisting by email because they can't be reached by phone. What a coincidence! I couldn't find any other words. Bunch of thieves! Beware, those who rent from you, read the terms and conditions carefully because the thieves are on the lookout! 😡😡😡

We booked a 12m³ truck for our move from Nice to Bordeaux! Everything is self-service. You can still contact customer service if you have any questions. The truck was very clean! Customer service is very responsive; we forgot a box on the return trip, and they helped us immediately! I highly recommend them!!!

Honestly, I've been waiting an hour for my vehicle, paying movers for nothing in the meantime. All they do is tell me to wait, even though dozens of trucks are parked there. And the wait time to get someone on the line is endless.

Catastrophic service, horrible vehicle, not maintained at all. Oil level warning lights, AdBlue fill-up warning light, filter problem, even though we were starting a 700 km day trip. The rear doors wouldn't close. We ordered a 20 cubic meter van with a tailgate, but we didn't receive one. We couldn't unlock the vehicle on time, but we drove it anyway. We were contacted at 11:00 AM, even though we had been waiting for the vehicle since 6:45 AM. We were asked to stop for photos and to start the vehicle, despite having to respect our schedules with our clients. The vehicle was completely empty of fuel when we picked it up, and we returned it with only 40% fuel. We didn't receive a refund, unlike your competitors. I do not recommend this company.

Rented a truck for approximately 500 km. Overall, satisfied: customer service was very responsive, called me back several times, took the time to help, and even the voice assistant is surprisingly effective (which is rare enough to be worth mentioning). The service does the job, clearly. I didn't need any luxuries or gadgets, just something that worked—and it did. The only (important) point to note: the condition of the vehicle. The windshield was cracked, and based on some other reviews, it would really be in their best interest to better monitor maintenance for user safety. Conclusion: overall a positive experience, satisfied with the service, but vigilance is needed regarding the condition of the vehicles.
